Description
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing our Call Center and warehouse staff during the weekends. A proper candidate for this role is comfortable leading, delegating, and holding team mates accountable. This individual must be confident in their abilities to oversee the facility over weekends with autonomy.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide guidance and support to call takers and warehouse staff members
- Utilize technicial knowledge to benefit function of the team (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
- Track KPI metrics and hold team mates accountable for maintaining their scorecard
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales executives
Commission will be based on reaching daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven work experience in the trades industry
- 3+ years of management
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM
- Sound understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
