About the Job
- Responsible for the operations, personnel, marketing, and profitability of the department
- Train all advisors, technicians, service porters on dealership procedures
- Observe, encourage advisors to secure customer loyalty
- Forecast sales, gross profits, and expenses
- Maintain CSI score at or above national average, follow up with all customers issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Understand and execute effective customer relations policies
- Hold departmental meeting and set sales and service goals
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 3years of automotive service management experience
- High level of commitment to customer service
- Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
- Self-motivated enthusiastic/career-oriented presence in a team environment
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Perform job functions with attention to detail and in a safely manner
- Prioritize and organize
- Multitask in various situations
- Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- High school or equivalent education
