Service Manager Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Build and lead a top performing service department with the best in the business working with you
• Work with dispatch to make sure the right technician goes to the right job
• Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards
• Handle any special projects related to running the Service Department
• Facilitate the ongoing Apprentice to Tech, Tech to Senior Tech and Senior Tech to Field Supervisor training.
• Resolve customer issues

Service Manager Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven Manager experience
• Prior experience as a Drain Technician
• Excellent verbal & written communication.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Efficiency with multi-tasking and reporting.
