Service Manager Responsibilities | WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Build and lead a top performing service department with the best in the business working with you
- Work with dispatch to make sure the right technician goes to the right job
- Train, develop and hold your team accountable to exceptional performance standards
- Handle any special projects related to running the Service Department
- Facilitate the ongoing Apprentice to Tech, Tech to Senior Tech and Senior Tech to Field Supervisor training.
- Resolve customer issues
Service Manager Qualifications | WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven Manager experience
- Prior experience as a Drain Technician
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Efficiency with multi-tasking and reporting.
