Customer Service Manager

Nexeo HR is seeking a dynamic individual with 5 years of Customer Service experience, excellent organizational skills, and previous leadership experience in a call center environment to join our team as a Customer Service Manager in Lindon, UT. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients by promptly resolving their issues and providing exceptional service. You will lead and manage a team of Customer Service agents, develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

•Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and ensure that clients are satisfied with the resolution.

•Communicate professionally with doctors and health professionals.

•Lead and manage a team of Customer Service agents; provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

•Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

•Provide excellent Customer Service through active listening.

•Manage client relationships and build rapport and trust.

Qualifications:

•5 to 6 years of inbound/outbound Customer Service experience.

•Previous experience with HubSpot is preferred.

•Management and leadership experience is required.

•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

•Computer knowledge and ability to learn new web-based software.

•Ability to work as part of a team and attention to detail.

Pay:

$65,000 - $75,000 annually DOE

Schedule:

Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm |
