Qualifications:
- 3 plus years as a RV Service Manager, will consider a strong automotive Service Manager
- Ability to train and coach the staff to exceed their goals
- Strong Work Ethic with a positive attitude
- Ability to Prioritize Work flow
o Sence of urgency
o Time management
- Understanding of labor times: we use Spader flat rates
- Strong understanding of the manufactures warranty process
o Collaborate with various team members for proper warranty processing
- Excellent written & verbal Communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Problem solving skills
o Customer issues
o Technician issues
o Staff issues
- Excellent computer skills and a good working knowledge of technology
- Knowledge of Major DMS system: Lightspeed, IDS, System 2000 or Motility
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to meet strong CSI requirements
- Inventory management
Responsibilities:
- Manager daily work flow
- Manage our unit inspection process
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Meeting
o Daily service meeting with the staff
o Daily delivery meeting
o Monthly safety meeting
- Manage staff of approx. 15+
- Manage the maintenance of all company vehicles & facilities
- Answer phone calls and scheduling
- Promote a positive attitude
