We have grown beyond our capacity. We regulary write more than 100 CP RO's per day, but are having a serious growth spurt that will put us in the 150's in short order. We now have the advisor count but now need an additional Drive Manager to keep our Sales per RO & CSI highest in the District. Currently have 3 SDM's (1-ex Svc Dir, & 2 ex Senior Advisors). Physical Requirements:

- Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely.
