Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls

• Cold Calling

• Schedule service appointments

• Customer follow up

• Maintain relationship with customer

• Work closely with the service management and team

Qualifications:

• Enjoys talking on the phone, this position requires use of a telephone

• Exceptional time management skills

• Attention to detail

• Outstanding communication skills with superior customer service skills

• Professional work ethic

• Great attitude with a high-energy personality

• Call center experience preferred

• Proficient with basic computer applications
