Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
- Enter customer data and update account information accurately in the system
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
