Job Description: The Account Manager will be responsible for creating long term healthy relationship with the client and our associates. Responsibilities include managing the sales process of short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new business opportunities with the existing clients and managing existing relationships.
Duties include the following:
- Serve as the face of Artech's Sales/ Service team to the client and the central point of contact for Artech's associates.
- Gain market share at one of our existing fortune 500 clients by increasing headcount, revenue and gross margin
- Responsible for all aspects of a client relationship including responding to issues, questions and concerns from both the client and associates, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate
- Establish relationships with client decision makers in order to secure new business opportunities.
- Provide account management and Service Delivery support to client
- Establish relationships with key client contributors such as Hiring Manager, Procurement, Managed Service Providers (MSP) with the client
- Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions
- Deliver high quality service to the client and associates by matching the skills of associates to client needs
- Coordinate with Client to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding
- Work closely with the technical recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track and measure progress
- Tenacious and outgoing personality along with high integrity level
- Assertiveness to develop new relationships with clients
- Eagerness to go the distance to build relationships
- Strong networking skills required, including navigating social media sites such as LinkedIn
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a client servicing role: prospecting, relationship building, presentation skills
- Experience being responsible for revenue and profit generation/growth
- Driven, with a proven record of being successful in challenging and stressful situations
- The desire to determine the size of your paycheck based on your hard work
