Work you will do as an ISOutsource Client Relationship Manager:
  • Client Portfolio Management: Lead ISOutsource client accounts without dedicated service teams, ensuring proactive engagement, addressing concerns, and maximizing value through service plan conversions.
  • Service Plan Conversion: Evaluate low-value clients, strategize to convert them to tailored service plans (Basic, Maintenance, or Essential), or facilitate their offboarding when necessary. Find and capture opportunities to increase monthly/annual billings.
  • Regular Check-ins: Conduct monthly check-ins with each client to assess satisfaction, address queries, and align service delivery with client needs.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure contracts and company information are up to date for each client in portfolio.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, coordinating with internal teams (product, projects, support, engineering, and/or management) to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: With the Account Strategist, manage and maintain a detailed pipeline, tracking client interactions, progress towards conversions, and offboarding processes.
  • Contact Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive contact strategies tailored to individual client needs, fostering stronger relationships, and optimizing service utilization.
  • Sales Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales proposals aligned with client requirements, including increased MRR engagements and/or new projects.
  • Service Upgrades: Facilitate handoffs to applicable service teams for clients who require more substantial engagement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Daily entry of time for all activities.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong commitment to client satisfaction with a proven track record of managing Client Relationships effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively. Speaks effectively with C-level decision-makers.
Highly sought-after experience and skill includes:
  • Ability to analyze data, assess client needs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize account performance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools. (HubSpot experience is a plus.)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA.) or equivalent from two-year college or university; or two+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with insurance
  • Some local travel to and from clients is required.
