Specific responsibilities include:
Providing SDM / SME support for designated systems such as (but not limited to):
- ELN
- Empower
- SoftMax
- JMP
- LIMS
Specific activities include, but are not limited to:
o Coordination with the R&D line of Business
o Acting as System Owner delegate / SME in Quality records (Change Controls, Deviations, CAPAs), system periodic reviews, qualification records (scripts, executions) and documentation (procedures, validation documentation)
o Coordinate activities with other IT teams (Server, Network, Platform etc.)
o Supervising and managing the application support teams and application management team (Client/Lab Tech)
o Continuous improvement of systems in scope (GxP compliance, processes, service)
o Involvement in major incident management (MIM), LMS Issues and escalations
o Contributing to knowledge management (KBAs)
o Involved in collaboration with systems vendors
o Aligning service window coverage
o Assessment and implementation of new lab technologies
o Collaborating with the Research & PDCS line of Business System Owner Delegate for shared systems
When needed:
o Guiding the application support team in complex troubleshooting and investigations
o Participation in various projects as SME or System Owner delegate (e.g. system upgrades or transitions)
