Service - Customer Experience Specialist

Location: North Richland Hills, TX | Type: Full time | Compensation: $16-$18/hr Depending on Experience

As a Service - Customer Experience Specialist, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda North Richland Hills. You’re a critical point of contact for our Service department guests, and you are the first step in creating a super experience. You will handle all incoming calls, as well as performing follow up on all recent customers. You will strive to increase customer retention by reaching out to current customers to ensure complete satisfaction in ownership. We’re looking for a team player with an outgoing, customer-service approach to daily responsibilities. This is a great entry point for a career with us, for someone who already has customer service or a general customer service background.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday with Wednesdays off. Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-7pm, Saturdays 7am-5pm.

What You’ll Do:

• Taking/Making phones calls for service customers (answering questions, giving status updates, scheduling appointments)
• Calling all TRELA / Honda Intercept / Honda OBW customers to resolve customer concerns and issues
• Communicating with all service customers that are waiting at Dealership (offering water and coffee, ask if they have any questions about their service visit, heading off any possible negative Customer Experiences)
• Working with service advisors and management to ensure excellent customer service
• Call customers to confirm next day appointments
• Call customers who missed their appointment to reschedule
• Call customers when their special order parts arrive and schedule their install appointment
• Cashiering as needed
• Responsibilities can be added and/or changed at anytime
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

What You’ll Need:

• Full-time availability. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves staff and guests
• A professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
