Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Pay: $18-21/ BOE
Schedule: Monday through Friday - Some flexibility between 8am and 7pm
Location: N. Fort Worth (76117) **onsite**
Job Duties:
The purpose of this job is to identify and resolve Customer Service inquiries in a timely manner for consumer or commercial customers reaching out for servicing support through the channels of phone, email, and fax. The Customer Service Specialist must provide knowledgeable, professional communication to customers on every interaction. This position must consistently provide high levels of customer satisfaction in an effort to provide value and retain brand loyalty.
The primary functions of a Customer Service Specialist include but are not limited to:
1. Updating customers account with address/phone updates, notation of reason for calls/support provided
2. Providing direction to customers regarding account issues
3. Explaining payment methods
4. Resolving customer concerns/requests
5. Act as a liaison between the customer and various corporate departments
6. Initiating, explaining and executing various corporate processes
7. Address non-phone interactions with customer accounts included, but not limited to email and fax requests related to document fulfillment needs
8. Handle escalated customer inquiries (examples: titles, billing, tax, etc.)
9. Automotive titling experience a plus
10. Provide support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions. These exceptions include, but are not limited to: state to state transfers, name changes, lease to loan conversions, and title deficiency research.
Required:
HS Diploma or GED required. Bachelor s Degree is preferred
1-2 years experience in Customer Service preferably in Auto or Insurance industry
Familiar with the automotive industry is highly desired
Data Entry skills - 30+ wpm (will be tested)
