Service Coordinator

Key position functions include:

• Establish consistent practices, operating procedures, and training processes for all service-related activities.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate service activities and ensure customer service requirements are met in a timely manner.
• Support field service personnel as required while on location.
• Forecast Service Department Revenue and control costs.
• Audit post job summaries and job documentation
• Ensure tools, equipment and vehicles are properly maintained
• Ensure compliance with all paperwork and reporting requirements.

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum five years of experience in wellhead services.
• Commitment to Customer Service
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective written, and verbal skills
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
