Service Coordinator / Customer Service Administrative Assistant
Job Duties –to assist with the day-to-day functions of the service department. This includes service scheduling, handle customer calls, billing, quality assurance, daily and weekly reporting, and other duties as needed. This is a full-time position.
Some of the duties include:
· Answering calls & scheduling service repairs with customers
· Coordination of tech service schedules
· Daily review of trouble reports
· Billing
· Ordering equipment and managing inventories
· Assuring collections of service work
· Scheduling annual customer inspections
· Daily reporting to management
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent
· 2 years of service scheduling experience with knowledge of security preferred
· Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred
· Basic computer knowledge
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
· Ability to multitask
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team skills
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
