Job duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services and policies.
- Record customer information within our customer service database.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
- Troubleshooting and solving problems.
- Scheduling Technicians for service FMP appointments.
- Preparing invoices, statements, and reports.
- Other duties may be assigned as deemed by manager.
Requirements:

- Attain new skills quickly.
- Occasional Saturday from 9:00-1:00 March- September.
- Relevant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Call center: 1 Year ( Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
