Service Coordinator

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the efficient collection of receivables, scheduling, creation, and closure of work orders, as well as invoicing for our valued customers. Job duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and in person.
• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services and policies.
• Record customer information within our customer service database.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
• Troubleshooting and solving problems.
• Scheduling Technicians for service FMP appointments.
• Preparing invoices, statements, and reports.
• Other duties may be assigned as deemed by manager.

• Attain new skills quickly.
• Occasional Saturday from 9:00-1:00 March- September.
• Relevant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Call center: 1 Year ( Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
