The position of Service Center Cashier and Scheduler will be responsible for working with customers to schedule, confirm, and/or change Service appointments. Customer Service and Verbal Communication skills are required. Prior experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
Max Motors strives to create repeat customers and the right employee will prioritize that goal as well. Additionally, Max Motors Dealerships takes the safety of our staff and customers seriously and all employees are expected to do the same.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strong attention to detail and prioritize customer satisfaction and safety.
- Calling customers to confirm appointments and making changes as necessary
- Assisting the Service Department with general office tasks
- Ensuring a positive experience for each customer with every interaction
- Taking cash, card, or other forms of payment for Service as required
- Acting with integrity and honesty as a representative of Max Motors Dealerships
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Interact with customers and employees with respect and professionalism.
- Responsible for meeting and maintaining departmental performance indicators and team metrics.
Qualifications
- Recent Automotive Porter experience is preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate if needed.
- Must be able to deliver top notch customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong prioritizing and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, with little direction.
- Must be a team player with a positive, winning attitude.
