Job Purpose
- Washing/cleaning of customer vehicles within the BMW Center standards.
- Maintain lot organization and cleanliness.
- Assist retail center customers with transportation needs as directed.
- Promote and attain BMW standards for superior workmanship.
Hiring Specifications
- Knowledgeable, experienced, or trainable on BMW product line
- Good problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Manual dexterity
- Provide documentation confirming requested information on employment application.
- Good working Knowledge of the highway & road systems in the retail centers market area
Working Relationship
- Report to the Service Manager
- Work cooperatively with all departments and personnel

Technical Responsibilities
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes
Logistical Responsibilities
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of work areas; be able to account for all BMW Center-owned tools and equipment at all times.
- Meet all requirements of state and federal law dealing with automobile repair and consumer protection.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of displays, and customer contact areas by following good housekeeping procedures. (Pick up any trash as you pass it)

- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, tools and equipment
- Maintain accepted level of personal cleanliness and wear provided uniforms
- Arrive to work on time with a minimum number of absences
- 100% of service customer vehicles washed and vacuumed prior to delivery to customer
- Demonstrate a concern for meeting departmental needs through activities such as accepting overtime work and meeting requests of management.
- Be attentive to customer needs and responsive to customer inquiries when appropriate. Keep assigned customer vehicles clean
- Attain a BMW Foresight score for: Satisfaction with the cleanliness of your vehicle at pick up.
