Job description
The Key Account Manager is responsible for achieving annual distributor business plans and providing regular analysis on assigned distributor partners. Works closely with Sr. Sales Director for assigned channel on creating annual business plan, distributor specific promotional plan, salon target lists and co-managing distributor specific education plan. Work in conjunction with Sr. Sales Director in leveraging and managing trade funds to achieve company plans and objectives. Sell and deploy bi-monthly promotions, manage allocations and performance. Work closely with Sr. Sales Director to co create complementary sales and education plan. Manage distributor loyalty programs, company incentives, etc. Manage current top salon customer base and assist in developing strategies and programs to increase qualitative distribution of all product categories. Develop and own a working customer target list of top tier A salons in market for conversion.Manage and lead sales meetings and distributor sales events.
