Job description
Collection of and testing of select product contact surface sites and environmental monitoring sites.Raw and Finished product microbiological testing.Plate Reading and gram staining.Prompt communication with the Plant Hygiene Manager and/or Quality Manager regarding issues and out of spec results.Provide coverage as needed for the hygiene manager by attending hygiene meetings, conducting hygiene audits, and assisting with training.
