JOB DUTIES

• Schedule automotive services via phone, email, and text.
• Schedule OnStar alert and recall appointments via phone, email, and text.
• Answer main telephone line.
• Greet customers by phone and in-person.
• Check customers in for their service appointments.
• Retrieve and deliver customer vehicles to and from the service area.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly tagged and labeled for identification.
• Ensure timely updates to customers on the status of their vehicles.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing calls to the Service Department to ensure customers get the information they need from advisors.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Other misc. tasks assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work Saturday's.
• Prior experience in Automotive Service as an Advisor, Lot Attendant, Porter, Technician, or Parts Advisor preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance.
• Prior experience answering multi-line telephone calls a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills. Basic computer knowledge tot include Microsoft Word and Excel.
