Responsibilties:
- Make Service Appointments
- Ask the client qualifying questions to uncover needs and directs calls appropriately
- Ensures that service consultants receive messages promptly
- Filing Repair Orders
- Concierge, assuring client guest lounges are neat and fully stocked with beverages and snacks
- Assisting our Service Appointment Coordinator with tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- 6-12 months previous work experience (preferred)
- Previous industry experience and knowledge of automotive terminology (preferred)
