Service Advisor
Chevrolet of Clinton is a leading global automotive parts and service retailer with a commitment to providing the highest quality parts and service to our customers.
Our Service team is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will be an experienced customer service specialist with strong mechanical aptitude. He/she will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers to ensure they receive the best solutions and best customer service possible. This individual must be customer focused and have a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Write up service orders
- Order parts for customers
- Stay current on all GM training
- Stay above GM standards on CSI
- Great communication skills with customers and co-workers
- Go over recomended maintenance with customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,207.48 - $65,282.12 per year
