Job Description: As a Kia Service Advisor at Citrus Motors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless service experience for Kia vehicle owners. You will be the main point of contact between customers and our service department, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and facilitating efficient vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their vehicle concerns and service needs.
- Service Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with customers to accurately identify and document their vehicle issues and service requirements.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal workflow in the service department.
- Service Recommendations: Communicate service recommendations based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines, addressing customer concerns and providing transparent explanations.
- Estimates and Quotes: Provide accurate cost estimates for services, parts, and labor, ensuring clear communication and transparency with customers.
- Ordering Parts: Collaborate with the parts department to order necessary components for repairs and maintenance.
- Status Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, providing updates on repairs, additional services, and completion timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive rapport.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle histories.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive service environment, with specific experience in Kia vehicles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and service processes.
- Familiarity with Kia vehicle models, features, and service requirements.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient computer skills for order processing and record-keeping.
