We are actively seeking an experienced full-time Service Advisor with a positive attitude that is motivated by working hard and can offer great experience to our customers. This position has a six-figure income potential.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates.
- Provide customers with all maintenance and mechanical needs.
- Effectively translate technician recommendations to customers.
- Provide accurate times and monetary quotes for each repair.
- Communicate frequently with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customers upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed.
- Leave a positive impression on customers.
- Experience with Dealer Track and or Xtime a plus!
Qualifications:
- Prior Service Advisor experience required
- Great organizational skills with a friendly personality
- Time management skills
- Team oriented and self-motivated
Work schedule is 4 days a week, 7:00am - 7:00 pm (3 week rotating schedule) Although Saturdays are required, Every 3 weeks you will get Friday through Tuesday off!
