Automotive Service Advisor

IMMEDIATE OPENING - Experienced Automotive Service Advisor.

AutoCenters Nissan is seeking to add a highly motivated, energetic, and proven professional to their team immediately. We have continued to experience rapid growth at our new facility and are looking to fill this position with an Experienced Service Advisor as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

· Greeting customers in a professional manner, Scheduling Service Appointments and Managing Customer and Vehicle Information.

· Listen to customers’ concerns to identify the adequate Service and Repairs needed.

· Working with Technicans to ensure the concerns are accurately identified and addressed.

· Communicating with the Technician and Customers for timely completion of work.

· Providing clear Estimates of Cost of Repairs and Estimated Times for each repair order.

· Keeping customers updated on the status of repairs, obtaining approvals for additional concerns found and any changes in cost.

· Handling Customer complaints and concerns, providing the highest level of customer experience possible.

Required Skills:

· 1-2 Years Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred.

· Knowledge of Automotive Service, Terms and Shop Operations.

· Basic Computer Skills [Office, Word, Excel, DMS Systems].

· Desire to meet and exceed Customer needs and expectations.

· Strong, Effective Communication Skills.

· Clean, Professional Appearance.

· Ability to multi-task.

· MUST have a Valid/ Insurable Driver’s License.

Positions Offers:

· Full Time Position _ Monday – Friday 7 AM – 5 PM.
