City Toyota is growing and seeking experienced and highly motivated candidates for the Senior Service Advisor position. If you have experience, general automotive knowledge, and welcome the opportunity to work for a high-volume service department, then this is the job for you!

Pay

The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base monthly Draw of between $3,000.00 plus additional bonuses. Additional pay based on the total parts and labor gross sales at the end of the month that ranges between 6% to 10%. Additional monthly bonuses beyond the standard pay plan may include bonuses based on targets for effective labor rate, hours-per-repair-order, discount percentage, and BG products sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile and a ensure great customer service
• Ensure that customers are checked in promptly
• Efficiently write up and follow your repair orders
• Use your knowledge of our products and service menus to sell, or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
• Actively communicate any tech recommendations to the customer to ensure that they can make a well-informed decision
• Ensure all details on services rendered and costs are relayed to customers and properly documented
• Keep customer informed and updated throughout their service experience
• Perform an active delivery and review the services performed while providing them an expectation of their next service visit
• Hold strong gross for both parts and labor
• Hold a high Hours per RO and ELR, while maintaining strong TLE.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years automotive experience
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Sales experience is a plus
• CDK experience is a plus
