Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and accommodating special requests
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering orders promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
