Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Skills:
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS system for order processing and payment handling
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and ability to create specialty cocktails
- Experience operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with kitchen operations to assist with food service as needed
- Ability to bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the bar area
- Strong guest relations skills to provide excellent customer service
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and tracking
