Server/Waiter

```Overview```
Looking for a great team oriented attitude. Fast paced bar with a ton of togo orders and server drinks to go out and your rail will stay filled day and night. We offer 2 days off consecutively a week as well as being very flexible with requests off during the year. We have a great team with a lot of long term employees and are looking for that one person that can rock it out behind the bar as well as the floor.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer questions about the menu
- Process payments using cash register or POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and workstations
- Follow all food safety guidelines

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food service procedures and best practices
- Experience with Square POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in basic math calculations
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
