We are seeking friendly and guest-oriented servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy interacting with people, we would love to hear from you.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Here is a general list of responsibilities to give an understanding of what will be done during a shift, but the responsibilities as a member of the restaurant team are not limited to this list.
- Follow the Core Values.
- Warmly greet and pitch your guests in a friendly and sincere manner.
- Accurately take guests’ order.
- Accurately deliver guests’ food by position serving in an open style whenever possible.
- Have ultimate responsibility for entire section. This includes floors, walls, light fixtures, and the actual tables.
- Assist with running food.
- Pre bus and communicate with fellow staff members to try and clear entire table at once in an open style whenever possible.
- Ensure quality food and beverages for your guests.
- Communicate and supports all staff to serve the guests.
- Guide and monitor the guests dining experience.
- Anticipate and exceed your guest’s expectations.
- Keeps Management informed of potential problems.
- Works as a team and uses positive communication skills at every opportunity.
- Present accurate bills and collects payments.
- Clean, stock, and maintain workstation throughout shift.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ year serving experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well within a team
