Job Description
In order to provide our guests with an experience that will bring them back in the restaurant, we are looking for people that can provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of them.

Ask for the manager on duty.
Duties and Responsibilities:
. Welcome and greet customers as well as making them feel comfortable.
. Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
. Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy.
. Answer questions about food, beverages, etc.
. Take food and beverage order from guests and enter them in our point-of- sale- system.
.Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
. Perform side work at start and end of each shifts as required by service station assignment.
. Monitor and observe guests dining experience. Respond promptly and courteously to any request.
. Prepare final bill, present check to guests, accept and process payment.
. Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return.
. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager.
. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of hours.

Hosts:
. Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
. Seat guests.
. When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and number of people in party.
. Call out name and number of party when tables become available.
. Check bathroom every hour and keep them m clean.
