We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will play a vital role in creating a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, and providing excellent customer service. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper set-up
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Process payments using POS system
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.10 - $18.62 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
