We are seeking hardworking and personable individuals to join our team at I Love Korean BBQ as Assistant and Main Cashiers. This position requires individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, are able to handle cash transactions efficiently, and have a passion for creating a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Prepare and place side dishes in plates to be sent to the kitchen for cooking.
- Deliver customer orders to customers promptly and accurately.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an organized and secure cash register.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the restaurant is clean and properly prepared for the next shift.
- Restock food items, beverages, and inventory as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and positive attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Ability to work well in a team and individually.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
