Server/Bartender/Food Runner/ Busser

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server/ Bartender to join our team. As a Server/ Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take food and beverage orders accurately

- Enter orders into the POS system

- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal

- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have

- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

SKILLS REQUIRED

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality

- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately

- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers

- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
