Responsibilities:
- Food Runners:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with servers to ensure prompt and seamless service.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Expo:
- Ensure that all orders are prepared to the highest standards before being served.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of food.
- Verify accuracy and presentation of each dish before it leaves the kitchen.
- Bussers:
- Clear tables efficiently and reset them for new guests.
- Support servers and other staff members in delivering exceptional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
