Salary```Duties```
- Prep all bars for drink service- duties include stocking all ice, glassware, cups, straws napkins and all other items needed for nightclub drink service. Must setup for all functions nightly.
- Food running for table service and all functions.
- Help restock all bathrooms during the night, remove trash from bars, and help bartenders as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food
- Assist in the preparation of garnishes, such as fruit slices or cocktail onions
- Help to create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
```Skills```
- Must be able to lift 80lbs or more. NO exceptions - This job requires a strong individual for changing of kegs, stocking of beer, and carrying 50lb ice buckets through busy atmosphere.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and Food service procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Experience working in a restaurant or banquet setting is preferred

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 20 per week
