Salary```Duties:```
- Daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Interview, hire, and train new employees to ensure a skilled and efficient team.
- Create employee schedules and assign duties to maximize productivity and ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe dining experience for customers and employees.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
```Requirements:```
- ServSafe Certification
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee drinks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience.
- Bartending experience.
- Culinary knowledge and understanding of food production processes.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.
