About Us:
Le Gabrielle of Monroe is an expansion of the original location in Winder, Georgia. Le Gabrielle is a French inspired restaurant specializing in both sweet and savory crepes. We also offer a variety of other menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner including waffles, specialty coffees, smoothies, paninis, steaks, salads, soups, and more.
Our goal is to bring an upscale, but affordable and unique dining experience to the community of Winder. We are looking for talented and passionate individuals with backgrounds in food service, cooking, or customer service who are seeking to be a part of this new and exciting opportunity to grow alongside us.
Job Description:
Our company is looking for dependable, enthusiastic team members to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for providing exceptional customer service and has prior experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Our servers will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bar areas, as well as providing exemplary customer service and promoting wine and food pairings. The successful candidates will be paid based on the quality of service they provide, so we are seeking professionals who can build quality relationships with our customers. We do require our servers to be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Compensation:
The base starting pay rate for this position is $2.13/hour. Additionally, servers receive tips in addition to their hourly rate. On an average day, including tips, one can generally expect to yield upwards of $20 per hour depending on experience. Pay is received weekly.
Benefits:
Bartenders are eligible for a 50% discount on non-alcoholic food and beverages that they order, whether working or not. However, this discount is offered to the employee only and not the employee's entire party.
