Independently-owned Mid-City restaurant is looking for experienced servers (who also have bartending experience). As a server, you'll be joining a team of hard working, professional, and upbeat staff members.
*Must be able to make drinks and have strong bar / cocktail knowledge
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain a courteous and friendly attitude
- Take and process food and drink orders
- Work with POS system, process tab payments, verify validity of charges, etc.
- Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized
- Deal with any service issues through your general manager and communicate any unresolved issues immediately
Other Requirements:
- Bar / Restaurant environment experience required
- 3+ years waiter / server experience required
- 3+ years bartending experience required
- Must be of legal age to pour alcohol (21+)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma / GED required
- Nights and weekend availability is required
- ServSafe Certification, Food Safety Certification, Bartending License a huge plus
