Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the food and beverage service of Banquet department events while demonstrating proper service techniques.
- Sets and clears tables of china, glass and silverware.
- Checks with guest periodically to ascertain whether any additional items are desired.
- Responsible for side work assigned per shift.
- Provides a great experience for every guest, every time through courteous interaction.
- Keeps informed of continually changing promotions, events and services.
- Good customer service skills.
- Neat and clean appearance.
- Preferred a minimum of 6 months previous server experience.
- Service style of restaurant concept may require additional experience.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Basic Math.
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Must be 21 years of age
