We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your friendly and attentive service will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks
- Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean dining areas promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server in sit down dinner atmosphere
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
