Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Note: This position is for a SA/Busser in a restaurant. The primary responsibility is to deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred.
