Talented & Experienced Bussers/Server Assistants are needed to serve our guests. Previous experience of at least 1 year in a white tablecloth restaurant is a must. Applicants must be well groomed, friendly and able to speak English. Prefer non-students over the age of 21 years old. Must be able to pass a drug test and have valid ID's.

The Busser is responsible for cleaning and resetting tables in a professional and efficient manner, support servers and service staff with clearing tables and provide guests with food service/beverage service as well as maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Essential Job Functions:

Ability to work in a fast paced team driven environment.

Consistently offer professional but friendly service

Maintains table setting by removing dishes and other items as completed; replenishing silverware; refilling water glasses.

Clear and reset tables with efficiently and professionally.

Assist in serving coffee, tea, water, bread, butter and other food and beverage

Assist server with all aspects of service as required while maintaining work area in a professional manner

Assist with set up and breakdown of dining room, a white linen environment.

Provide maximum hospitality to the guest.

Required Experience:

Must have excellent knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions

Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented

Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Effective communication skills, verbal and written

Ability to maintain composure and stay focused

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Ability to work as a team, stay organized, handle various tasks at one time

Must be able to effectively understand and convey written and verbal information to guests and coworkers

Must possess a service orientation – actively looking for ways to help others

Professional presentation and positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
