Server And Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus to guests and answer any questions they may have
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and efficient manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent guest relations
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old due to serving alcohol regulations
