Essential Functions:- Perform manual Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and automated ELISA tests using DSX Automated Processor on patient serum samples.
- Perform Western Blot tests using BeeBlot Machine.
- Perform simple preventive maintenance of DSX, Automated Washer, Absorbance Detector and Beeblot Machine in accordance with standard protocol (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually).
- Assist in resolving discrepancies, troubleshooting results, and inventory.
- Assist in the interpretation of results of ELISA and Western Blot tests.
- Perform and process serum separation if needed.
- Make In-house ELISA plates

Job Qualifications: General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) required
- 9 month Clinical Laboratory Serology Technician training
Education and Experience:- Bachelor Degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related science field
