Responsibilities:
- Oversee contractor workforce and perform as the on-site contractor representative.
- Supervise all contractor personnel, assign work, provide the COR/KO the task organization of contractors and coordinate with the COR/KO as necessary.
- Attend meetings and conduct coordination with government personnel at SWCS as necessary to accomplish the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Track, maintain, and update all contractor qualifications and certifications, training logs, student evaluations, instructor evaluations and student handouts, note taking guides, and after-action training reviews.
- Assist in generating multimedia training aids and presentations for instructor.
- Validate training syllabi and instructor guides for academic and operational SERE training.
- Expertise in PR/SERE training, policy and operational TTPs including applicable TRADOC, JPRA and DoD guidelines pertaining to SWCS and SERE School training operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management OR ten (10) or more years relevant, documented management experience with references.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of documented and verifiably successful Program Management experience of comparable size, and scope. Experience can be military, civilian, and/or contractor.
- Minimum of four (4) years instructor experience in a DoD SERE Level C program.
- Graduate of a DoD SERE Level C course.
- Meet all qualifications and maintain certification at the advanced instructor level.
- Maintain physical fitness to accomplished required rigorous physical activity consistent with the SERE program training requirements and the PWS.
- Secret clearance.
- Previous instructor experience at the SWCS SERE Level C training program.
- Previous experience as a contractor in a Key Personnel role at a SERE Level C training program.
- Completion of advanced SERE training programs such as the PR 300 series courses or other JPRA certified PR/SERE training programs.
- Previous active-duty SOF experience conducting tactical ground, air and/or maritime operations.
