We are looking for an experienced SEO Technical analyst that will support the Sr. SEO Technical Manager to take on a strategic role within our growing in-house SEO team. The role will also be responsible for supporting the Senior SEO technical manager in developing technical SEO strategies and providing guidance for new site features and will work closely with Product and Technology teams across multiple business units.
This individual should be well versed in SEO tactics for enterprise e-commerce, with a thorough background in building strong relationships with various teams and managing processes.

- The ideal candidate would have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of SEO best practices to clearly and effectively articulate complex ideas to a non-SEO audience.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify issues such as: crawling and indexing problems, rank cannibalization, site structure, server log files, and e-commerce-specific challenges like faceted navigation and other complex technical SEO problems.
- Assist SEO Sr. Tech Manager with technical SEO projects in collaboration with Product teams (engineering, design, product), supporting all phases from discovery to delivery.
- Monitor and set up maintenance/alert system for when things break or are underperforming (crawlability, site structure/technical, speed, XML Sitemaps, canonical tags, meta data, redirects, etc) utilizing technical SEO tools.
- Develop, execute, and maintain internal linking strategy.
- Provide guidance on website projects/initiatives to ensure compliance with SEO strategy and best practices.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular technical reports with written analysis and strategic guidance.
- A strong proficiency with technical SEO tools/platforms, including Adobe Analytics, SEO Clarity, Ahrefs, Botify and Screaming Frog.
- Strong working knowledge of search engine algorithms, SSL certificates, and website architecture (HTML, CSS, JS, and others).
- Keep a pulse on Google’s search ecosystem, staying up to date on the latest algorithm updates, new requirements and features, and providing regular SEO technical training to Product teams.
- 3+ years experience in technical SEO and online marketing either in-house or at an agency/consultancy.
- Previous experience with SEO for ecommerce required.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Related tasks include developing relationships with product teams and socializing SEO strategies across the organization.
- Strong data analytical skills are required, preferably with experience in Microsoft Excel or similar applications.
- Self- starter with excellent organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Ability to execute multiple projects while closely measuring each project's impact and changing course when needed.
- Strong project management and inter-departmental coordination skills required.
- Highly analytical in nature; experience with Adobe Analytics preferred.
- Experience with SEO Tools & Platforms such as Screaming Frog, Botify, SEOClarity, Google Search Console etc.
- Previous experience with JIRA preferred.
