In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect of innovative SEO strategies, driving organic growth and enhancing online visibility for our diverse range of clients. Collaborate with our talented Digital Marketing, Client Account, and Creative Teams to catapult our clients' websites to the top of search engine rankings.
Essential Functions:
Strategic SEO Development: Craft and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, focusing on keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page tactics.
Website Auditing: Conduct thorough website audits, pinpointing and addressing areas for enhancement to boost site performance.
Keyword Mastery: Undertake extensive keyword research, guiding content creation that adheres to SEO best practices.
Performance Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor website performance, delivering insightful, regular reports to both clients and internal teams.
Trend Awareness: Stay abreast of SEO trends and algorithm updates, ensuring our strategies are cutting-edge and effective.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure seamless integration of SEO recommendations across all online content.
Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities for surpassing them in organic search rankings.
Client SEO Guidance: Offer expert SEO advice to clients, focusing on technical aspects, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
Digital Marketing Insight: Keep updated on digital marketing trends to inform strategic recommendations for clients' broader marketing strategies.
Exceptional Client Service: Provide top-notch client service, including regular reporting and proactive identification of growth and improvement opportunities.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or related agency experience.
At least 5 years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Expertise in website auditing and keyword research.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
Proven track record managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (e.g., paid search, social media, content marketing).
Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
