The SEO Manager will play a pivotal role in our expansion by generating incremental phone calls and new patients from Google, Google Maps, and other relevant directories. This position will have one direct report along with access to all relevant technologies, resources, and budget to achieve their assigned goals.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, content, URL structures, page speed, etc… for improved search engine rankings.
Plan and execute link building strategies while leveraging provided vendors.
Manage a dedicated copywriter, in collaboration with AI tools, to produce SEO focused website content at scale.
Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues.
Collaborate with web developers to implement technical enhancements that improve site performance and user experience.
Implement strategies to enhance local search visibility on Google Maps and other relevant directoriees to drive new patient volume.
Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications
A minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience as an SEO Manager, or similar role, showcasing successful development and execution of SEO strategies.
Track record of driving significant organic traffic growth and improving search engine rankings, especially at the local level.
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms for performance monitoring and reporting.
Ability to create and execute a robust content strategy designed to generate phone calls.
Solid understanding of technical SEO aspects, including website audits, crawl analysis, and resolution of technical issues.
Strong communication skills to convey SEO strategies, insights, and recommendations.
Familiarity with local SEO optimization strategies, especially on Google Maps.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on SEO industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes.
